Technical tour on skies

Highlights:

• Participants have the unique opportunity to take a look behind the scenes at the Hintertux Glacier and the technology that makes year-round mountain fun possible
• At the beginning of the tour, you will visit the snow-groomer-garage in the Tuxer Fernerhaus. Here the 600 horsepower machines are kept in shape 365 days a year
• After a short ride on skies you will visit the pumping station where you can learn interesting facts on how technical snow is made, the technology behind it and some interesting anecdotes from the people behind the scenes
• Lastly, you have the chance to visit our newest lift, the new 6-seater "Lärmstange 1".

• The tour is in German only 
• Start: 11 a.m. 
• Duration: about 2 hours
• Meeting point: mountain station of Gletscherbus 2
• Required gear: skiing equipment
• Attention, limited spots available. Reservations necessary - book here
• Minimum Participants: 4 people
• Fee: Euro 12,50 / person (the fee does not include the lift ticket)
