Where can I buy cable car tickets?
You can purchase tickets directly at the ticket offices of our mountain railways (Hintertux Glacier, Eggalm Bahnen, Rastkogel Bahn, Finkenberger Almbahnen) as well as at a total of 90 sales locations throughout Tyrol.
Do people with disabilities receive a discount?
Guests with a disability rating of 60% or higher can purchase the Snow Card Tirol for €982.00 upon presentation of a valid disability ID card. (advance sale: €658.00)
Are there any discounts for seniors?
Senior citizens are subject to the regular adult ticket prices.
What children's rates are available?
Children born in 2021 or later (ID required) ride for free when accompanied by a responsible adult. The children’s fare applies to children born between 2011 and 2020.
How does the ski pass refund process work?
In the event of illness or following a skiing accident, we offer a pro-rata refund of the Snow Card Tirol. To qualify, you must provide a doctor’s note. Days already used are excluded from the refund. Click here to access the online form.
