I think it's great when you visit me at the Hintertux Glacier! Come with me on an exciting journey into my icy world! Let's go on safari!

But I need your help for that. The treasure map is available at the ticket offices of the valley station in Hintertux. In it you can write down all important clues and help me to solve the riddle about the glacier treasure.

Of course there's a prize to win. Simply hand in the completed treasure map at the cash desk in the Sommerberg Panorama Restaurant and collect your prize!

The last stop of the Glacier bug safari takes you on a journey into the Ice Age. Delve into the world of the inhabitants of that time and experience the Tux Valley in bygone days!

Luis' marble run safari 

The glacier bug safari - the exciting adventure course in the Sommerberg hiking area - is now one attraction richer. Between the interactive stations, three wooden ball tracks and a ball tower make children's hearts skip a beat. Fascinated, the little ones observe and follow their wooden balls, which overcome numerous obstacles on their way to the finish.

No matter if you want to go through the wave course, the ringing carillon or through the narrow crevasse - with so many different possibilities, there is going to be no boredom! In the long ball jump you can even compete with friends, siblings or parents and place bets on whose ball will make the longest jump. In addition to the three marble run tracks in the area, glacier bug Luis is waiting for the little explorers in a marble run tower with loops, a marble crane, a climbing wall and much more at the entrance to Luis' marble run safari.

The funny wooden balls, on which of course glacier bug Luis is immortalized, are available for € 2. 00 in the ball machine and can be taken home as a souvenir.
