Ski pass sales

Hintertuxer Gletscher:                       8.00 a.m. until 5.00 p.m.

Ski- & Glacier World Zillertal3000 (only in winter!)
Rastkogelbahn, Vorderlanersbach:       8.00 a.m. until  5.00 p.m.
Finkenberger Almbahnen:                   8.00 a.m. until 5.00 p.m.

Advance sales for the following day or days start at 3 p.m.

Depending on snow and weather conditions, sales of ski passes valid for the Hintertux Glacier may be restricted to the ticket counters of the Zillertaler Gletscherbahn in Hintertux.

Pedestrian passes are only available to guests without winter sport equipment.

At times when the lifts are NOT open for descent into the valley due to snow conditions, ski passes are valid for ONLY for ONE ascent into the ski area!

Means of payment
Cash or Eurocheque card (Maestro); Visa and Mastercards are accepted!

Access system using contactless Chip Cards:
Our ski passes are issued using reloadable Chip Cards (deposit € 2.00). These cards can be reused or handed in at marked return locations.

Discounts and refunds
Ski passes are only valid for consecutive days. Reuse after an interruption is not possible (with the exception of optional ski passes). In the event of a skiing accident or illness, we will grant a refund from the last day of actual use as a gesture of goodwill. However, you must present a confirmation from a physician (which may be submitted later). Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost ski passes. We also cannot provide refunds or extensions in case of bad weather, avalanche hazard, unexpectedly early departure, operational interruptions etc.

Discounts
for severely handicapped persons (60% or greater disability) are available on presentation of a suitable certificate.

Group discounts are available on request!
